The bobbins produced from paper and used for winding the thread in spinning mills are called conical bobbins.The conical bobbins we produce in our company are of high strength and can be produced in desired dimensions and weights.The adhesives used in our company are imported and increase our quality.The dye we use is the highest quality dye in the market, it is adjusted with knowledge and experience and does not color the thread. Our conical bobbins:
- Our paper bobbins do not undergo any deformation during fixation and conditioning thanks to double bonding and baking processes.
- Since it is produced on samples, the abrasion of adapter and barbar is at the lowest level.
- The tip can be produced as cut or round.
- Reservation channel can be opened in desired dimensions.
- Company logos and contact information can be added to our cliches in line with customers' requests.
- Yarn wastage in winding and warping is also prevented by applying flocking velvet or sanding methods on it.
- We apply optional cliches on the outside part. Apart from our standard cliches specified in the table below, we can produce with cliches in line with the wishes of our customers.
- It does not dye the yarn, it does not smell.
- It is completely recyclable, does not harm nature and the environment.
- We can optionally add notches to the hems.

4°20 170mm: Our bobbins, which come out of production as 40 gr ± 1 gr, are
suitable for yarn winding in open-end, ring and vortex machines.

5°57 170mm :
Ou bobbins, which come out of production as 41 gr ± 1 gr, can be used in ring
spinning machines

5°57 230 mm (8 inc):
Our bobbins, which come out of production as 50 gr ± 2 gr, go through a more
sensitive production process. The production speed is slower than other types
of bobbins and its length-diameter varies according to the spinning machine
used. In this sense, we can produce in desired dimensions.

4°20 225 mm (Espero Bobbin):
Our Espero bobbins, which come out of production
as 50 gr ± 2 gr, are among the bobbin types we produce.

3°30 185 mm +230 mm:
Our bobbins, which come out of the production as 50 gr ± 2 gr, are among the bobbin types that we produce specially.

2 ° 170 mm:
Our bobbins, which come out of production as 53 gr ± 55 gr, are suitable for
use in open –end spinning machines.
